LEAD with Te Kāinga Wāhine is a nine-week programme delivered online with a Te Ao Māori perspective on business leadership, incorporating tikanga and Māori values to grow leadership capacity for wāhine. As pakihi leaders (managers and owners), it’s important to identify and expand our leadership capacity, so that we are making strong decisions, have clear vision and direction, and communicate effectively.
