Soda Inc. is a hub for entrepreneurs. Our core business is running programmes for startup founders based all over NZ but with our headquarters in Hamilton, we run the largest coworking space in the Waikato housing over 140 people within 35 companies.
Our coworking clientele are a mix of startups, freelancers, SME’s, Corporates, Consultants, and transient business people in town on business.
About the role
Soda Inc. is currently looking for a Coworking Coordinator to run the vibrant coworking space. The role is responsible for the following outcomes:
Ensure the coordination, implementation and a smooth running of the coworking space
Manage lead generation, business development and induction of coworking clients
Provide professional customer service to all external customers, clients and visitors to Soda coworking space
Build the coworking community activities and vibe
This is a busy role (40 hours per week) where you will manage and administer the Soda coworking space including the sourcing and placement of new leads as well as ensuring the existing coworking clients’ needs are met.
Are you an ideal candidate?
This is a fast-paced environment and will ideally suit someone who loves admin and being the go-to for our coworking community. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to juggle varied tasks. A positive, can-do attitude along with a sense of humor is a must.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles that included responsibilities of relationship coordination or equivalent experience.
