Soda's LevelUP program is focused on increasing the growth and efficiency of small to medium businesses. With Soda's 10-year strong presence in the business growth space, our content, mentors, and guest speakers are hand-picked to ensure you get the results you desire. Our current programs often sell out, so registering early is a must.

LevelUP is a business programme aimed at Small to Medium Businesses in New Zealand. The programme is focused on providing business owners and operators with the right tools, resources, and knowledge to achieve their unique business goals. 

With 5-10 businesses in each cohort, there is ample time to be able to focus on each businesses unique goals and struggles. 

When? Once per fortnight, 3 hours on a weeknight. Total time: 6 months.

What will you learn?

Module 1: Business & Personal Background

This module is focused on building trust and commitment within the group, giving mentors the chance to spend quality time with each business to ensure content delivery is aligned. 


Module 2: Digital Transformation

Focused on how technology can support small businesses in increasing efficiencies, reducing time spent on admin, and enhancing customer experience and ease of doing business overall. 


Module 3: Customer Focus 

Focused on the entire customer eco-system. From target audience and solution benefits, to customer problems and alternatives. Product market fit will be analysed and picked apart - do you know who your customer really is? Why are you selling to them? 

Module 4: Brand Strategy & Sales

Focused on how brand strategy and sales align together and work to enable a simple and effective selling model and market presence. Ultimately driving higher deal sizes, increasing customer loyalty, improving negotiation effectiveness, and increasing client base. 

Module 5: What to Expect from Your Lawyer? Accountant?

Focused on how to leverage your accounting and legal support. What can you expect them to add to your business? 

Module 6Financials for Growth 

Focused on financial awareness, and making empowered strategic decisions based on your budget, sales projections, pricing model, margins and so on. What picture do your numbers paint?

Module 7: Organisational Design & Governance

Focused on attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performance team. This module includes practical and theoretical information about how to work with employees, contractors, and partners.
