Chief Executive, SODA Inc.

Cheryl Reynolds is a creative entrepreneur and business leader with over twenty years experience at national and international levels across the creative digital and technology sectors.  

Before making New Zealand her home in 2003, Cheryl was Managing Director of Antenna Audio, the global leader in digital interpretation for museums and cultural institutions worldwide.  Prior to that she started-up a range of successful commercial ventures from internet cafes and nightclubs to publishing houses and bookshops. She also led and managed a few cultural organisations in the UK including Impressions Gallery York and Camberley Theatre Surrey. 


Cheryl came to New Zealand in 2003 to take up the role of Creative Industries Director at Wintec where she has led the development of some innovative projects including SODA Inc.  When SODA Inc opened its doors in 2009, Cheryl was invited to become its founding CEO, which she says has to be one of the best jobs in the world.  

Winner of the UK’s Post-Graduate Enterprise Award and the Queen Elizabeth II UK Enterprise Innovation & Technology Award, Cheryl holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Masters in Fine Arts.
